It has to do with the permissions set up on coloradoskihistory.com It's something that coskibum needs to change in his control panel of his website. for an image that was linked to the forum. I had this happen before with an image that I posted from one of my websites and it ended up being an issue in my control panel that was just a minute setting that I set by accident.

Been informed that "Safety Gate" signs need to be changed to "Hit To Stop". Just wondering if anyone has had some melonhead reach down and try and hit the gate with there hand - ending up on their face.

On some of the lifts at Breck there was at one point a sign for the "Safety Gate" that said "Push me, Stop lift"

"You could say that a mountain is alot like a woman, once you think you know every inch of her and you're about to dip your skis into some soft, deep powder...Bam, you've got two broken legs, cracked ribs and you pay your $20 just to let her punch your lift ticket all over again"

The infrared beam sensor works well, as long as the collector isn't aimed at the sun. Kind of defeats the purpose to have to bypass the thing for a couple hours each day.

Saw this in the newspaper today:

Attached File  Scan0049.jpg (135.94K)
Number of downloads: 192

It was an article all about stupid signs. I love how it shows you the position of the door when it is open and closed.
