What was the first high-speed quad in North America to use the Doppelmayr DT-104 grip?

Correct, how did you figure it out?

Bonus, what year was the grip introduced?

Well the DT grip was introduced in 1993 to Austria, and didn't come to North America until 95 or at least I thought. It seemed unlikely that it would be one lift then since there were a half dozen or so Doppelmayr HSQs that year built with the DT grip. So I went back a year to see if maybe a lift had been imported so I did an image search for Flying Mile and sure enough it had DT grips.
