I know where...This area also has a tram.
both have SLI chairs, I recall the Blue lift has Riblet Sheaves on "unknown mfg sheave assys" and is used for skiing.
The Red lift is used as a sight seeing lift.

The two chairlifts in the picture are the scenic lift and the blue lift at Ober Gatlinburg, Tennessee.

That is correct, it is Ober Gatlinburg. I was happy to find a picture of the blue lift as those arent easy to come by. Based on another pic I saw of blue, it has a riblet drive terminal. The skyride lift sports a borvig drive terminal and the sli chairs have been replaced with partek chairs. Quite the franken lifts down there.
