Don't know the lift, but is that Mt. Bachelor?

Nope. Wrong state.

Montezuma at A-Basin from the top of The Outback?????

The lift in the photograph is correct. But it was not taken from Keystone's Outback. It was taken from a different Keystone lift.

Taken from the River Run or Summit Express maybe? Pretty sure you can only see A-Basin from the front side.

You're very close: it was taken from the Montezuma Express lift.
It's an interesting thing, but usually my best view of the Montezuma Bowl from Dercum Mountain is from the Montezuma Express. It does tie your tongue to say "Montezuma Bowl, Montezuma Express" over and over.
Here are some other photos looking at Zuma from the Montezuma Express (note that these were not zoomed, and you really have to do good timing to avoid having a chair block the view).
