I'm assuming it the ladder being on the downhill and sideways. I'm guessing its to prevent the T's from getting caught in the ladder with that set up. (A guess)

The poma is the same lift as earlier. The chair is from the same ski area, got a couple pretty distinct features, should make this easier.
