Going to be the first to open in Colorado this season. Doesn't happen like that very often.. Usually A-Basin or Loveland..

14 inches isn't much to open on...that's about 4 inches of base. Also, this is Colorado's "Wake Up Storm" and usually signals the arrival of Indian Summer when things dry out and warm up. But I wish them Luck!

Not only was Wolf Creek the first to open but they opened with 60% of the mountain with expert terrain included. Conditions were excellent! Fun to be part of it.

Good deal! A-Basin opens Friday I believe, and Loveland on Saturday.
