As my username might allude, I am a Kansas City native. Not exactly ski country, or even conducive to any amountable snow anymore, but there is a small hill outside the city owned by Peak Resorts called Snow Creek.
I vaguely recall this being posted before on this forum, but a search for the resort name came back blank.
Does anyone have any information about the lifts there, or even a contact for a mechanic? The logistics of running a "resort" in a state that doesn't have a formal tramway board have got to be different from Colorado, where I'm used to skiing.
I know their two main lifts are 1980s-vintage Borvig triples, and they have a Poma double as well (not sure about a year).

Looking for a contact mainly because I always thought it would be cool to see firsthand a line evac test, and I know for a fact they do one each spring, but I've been unable to find any contacts through Peak. I don't work in the industry, but years from now, I could definitely see myself doing so. Lifts have fascinated me for as long as I've been riding them.
