Its not technical but it has something to do with Dopplmayer, but I don't know what it is.
Don't get rid of something before you know how much it is worth.

That character is called Skippy. Doppelmayr uses it for kids, usually related to chair lift safety.

I know! I think is just has something to do with not knowing how it got on the grip and got squashed.
