Oldest "high-speed" lift, and indeed oldest lift, would have to be the original Cannon aerial tramway, opened in 1938.

Oldest detachable is the Sugarbush gondola, opened in 1958. Rode it a bunch of times on a family vacation when I was 6. My memory was that it went up a hill and down again and up another hill; when I finally went there as an adult many years later, I saw that the old liftline did go over a rise and down a little before climbing to the summit.

Vail's old Lions head gondola and Steamboat's old Stagecoach gondola, both installed in 1970.

Any of the 4 original HSQs at Vail, (Vista Bahn, Northwoods, Mountaintop, and Game Creek) or Summit Express at Winter Park, all built in 1985.

Oldest gondola for me is Sugar Bowl's Village Gondola 1982 I think
