I don't believe it follows the old T-Bar line.
The loading area is tucked in the corner between the chalet and the bridge.
The unload is uphill and to the left (north) of the Eagle Chair unload.

The old t-bar ran up the narrow "Fall line" run and ended short of the steep upper pitch, which was served by a shorter t-bar.

It's a PB tiller. the hydraulic motors are on the outer ends, on a BR they have one motor, with a centre drive gearbox. But those look like PB 240's in front, they gotta have some hours on them by now !

MNSkier and skier691, I don't actually have any additional photos than those posted previously. I will work on that at the beginning of next season.

I know it's off topic, but as for the line of the new lift, here is an overhead view. The 10th Mountain Chair is in red and the former T-bar line is in blue. I knew there was a second T-bar going up to the top of Eagle Mountain, but I do not know where it ran. Skier2, feel free to weigh in on that. I marked the other lifts on that mountain so you can tell what you're looking at.

It may be difficult to tell on the overhead view, but the top terminal of the 10th Mountain Chair is higher up the hill than the Eagle Mountain Chair. The new lift provides easier access for the runs on the north eastern side of the mountain. It also is a much quicker way for patrol to respond, since PHQ is across the run from the base of the new lift. Saves the lengthy ride on Bridge chair while still maintaining full access on that mountain.

Also, here is a photo from the spring melt-off. Not a terribly beautiful photo, but gives you a great view of the St. Louis River and Lake Superior in the distance.

Mike, those PB 240s have seen many hours but still get the job done pretty well. I'm not sure how many words of encouragement the mechanics have to put forth, but those machines are on the hill every night!
