grips on the hs, and bullwheels on the fg

Allan, i saw that picture in the red mtn foto gallery.

I found the foundations of a yan hsq, but have yet to find the chairs

Yes Eric you're right. The mile one express at panorama is definately not a YAN. It's a doppelmayr!

it is a former yan HSQ that has been retrofitted with leintner chairs and grips

I will ask the Administrator of the alpinforum.com. His grandpa just sold the resort to Intrawest, and he was at the resort this summer so he should know.

I would be mad if my grandpa sold a resort when you it could have been handed down to you in the future. But they did get a lifetime season pass.

Next weekend I'm planning to go to killington. I 'll take a lot of pictures of the yan chairlifts. :thumbsup:

This HSQ must have gone in 1984 then or 85, because they switched chair carriers in 86.

Interesting...so it's not a Yancake? Maybe a custom terminal like the Skyliner Express at Mt Bachelor (I think thats the one)

Well the Skyliner Express isn't a custom terminal, the Jersey Cream express has the same style terminal as the Skyliner.
