Machinery, bottom of new H quad. It's not naked anymore, should have comlines pulled this week as well and then on to the haul rope. Note the line-gauge bullwheel. I don't think I've ever seen a detach with one.

Hmmmm. Line gauge bullwheel?
First saw that on a Doppelmayr at Heavenly in '98 with Gary Burch. He was so proud. I asked "What do you do when you liner wears 2mm to adjust rope to rail?"
His answer "Change the bullwheel liner".
Not sour grapes, just food for thought.

Our '07 Doppelmayr with a line gauge bullwheel has two horizontal guide sheaves, one for the entry side and one for the exit, to be used to maintain rope and jaw alignment as the bw liner wears.

I didn't see them on this lift, they should be visible in the 3rd pic between the PTOs and BW. This doesn't mean they aren't in some crate, forgotten or misunderstood. Ours were for a while.

Well, there are a bunch of holes that could be mounts for a sheave axle block ahead of the bullwheel.... I honestly don't know. I hadn't thought about that aspect until you guys mentioned it. I'm used to first-generation detaches, this one's way too new

Is the top terminal getting put together soon? I don't know when you guys typically get snow. I see the bottom is about finished, though.
