1. At which Colorado resort(s) are all the lifts driven from the top terminal?
2. At which Colorado resort(s) are all the lifts driven from the bottom terminal?
3. At which Colorado resort(s) are all the lifts driven counter-clockwise (right side)?
4. At which Colorado resort(s) are all the lifts driven clockwise (left side)?

Please only consider resorts with more than one lift. One could say that all the lifts at Silverton are driven from the bottom clockwise, because they have one lift.

I would add Loveland Basin as candidate for all bottom-drive lifts (not Loveland as a whole, because Chair 7 is top drive).
