I added this poll because openly stating what you get paid might upset the higher ups. But an open poll is harmless enough.

I PM'd him as I am not anonymous in my location or identity. But what the hell; I would very much like to see a sampling of pay from different regions, resorts and positions.
Here is some info from my place:
Entry level mech, little to no related exp: $9-10 start
Solid related exp or after a few years exp here: $10-14
Extensive LM exp: never had such applicant:
I have 3 guys in the $18-22 range: 8yr mech/electrician, 30 yr welder/ironworker, and 20 yr vehicle mech.
Me: mtn ops manager, 14 yr mech, 8yr vm, mediocre electrician, mediocre cat/equipment operator, and all the rest that goes with it: 50k annual

It seems it lately.

Sorry, LiftTech. That wasn't the response I was looking for!
And I neglected to see that there were actually responses to the poll - my bad.

There was two; I just merged them and the poll disappeared... sorry!! I think you can re-create the poll in this topic though.
Shouldn't you recreate it since you botched it?!?!? I always try to fix the things I break.
