Heres a few whistler pics of the Cirque, when I have a chance I'll post some more random ones from the trip. The pics didn't turn out too well because of the snow but I guess its the price you pay.

This is the entrance with a 40-60 foot cliff on the left.

My brother and his friend about 2/3 of the way down.

And one of West Cirque which is about equally as steep.

Theres a place for all of God's creatures, right next to the mashed potatoes.

"You could say that a mountain is alot like a woman, once you think you know every inch of her and you're about to dip your skis into some soft, deep powder...Bam, you've got two broken legs, cracked ribs and you pay your $20 just to let her punch your lift ticket all over again"

Perhaps if you play around with the lighting and contrast you could make the steepness stand out a little more. But from what I can see, it looks about as steep as Alpental.

Having not skied in Washington I couldn't tell you but in places at the top of the Cirque and West Cirque it is amongst the steepest in bounds terrain I have ever skied.

And sorry I've been busy with no time for Photoshop.

Yeah! The Rumor on an icy day or after rain is miserable and a skiers nightmare. This is the steepest trail in the East.

The Wall at Kirkwood is the steepest run I've ridden. Instead of a double diamond they use a skull and crossbones symbol.

Here's one of the edges of the wall at Kirkwood...
