While in Big Sky, I have had the opportunity on a number of occasions to ski as a guest at the Yellowstone Club. Here are some pictures from there, I will start with the Pine Ridge lift, a pulse quad installed this past summer.

I hope you enjoyed these pics, I held onto them for awhile because I wasn't sure what the deal was with posting pictures online from a private club. There are some unique lifts that I thought you guys might enjoy seeing.

My understanding that no one was allowed to take pictures at the YC and/or publish them..........

Well I asked someone there and they said it was fine as long as there are no faces. We'll see how long they last on here. Clearly I took plenty of pictures and no one seemed to have a problem! There are pictures of the lifts in the Dopplmayr Worldbooks, Flickr, and on chairliftpaint.com for example.

How were you the lucky one to be able to ski there?

Someone who goes to my school was there and knew I was in Big Sky and asked if I wanted to come over for the day. You can ski in right from Big Sky. I was kind of shocked that I got invited!

why pulse quads? (I've never heard of those before)

I imagine lift capacity is of little concern there. The pulse quads may save some costs and only sacrifice unneeded capacity. They probably don't see alot of 5k skier visit days there.
