but we changed back to Bullet: 1) we are a family area and did not want an alcohol connected with the lift, 2) we were involved with Labatts at the time and Coors is brewed by Molsons.

I just purchased the Canon SD850 IS and it has this cool feature called 'color accent' where basically you point that camera at a color and lock it into memory. Then when you take a picture, only that color is present while everything else is black and white. Of course there is a margin of error with the color so you just dont' have that exact hexidecimal color. I did manage to get a better color for the gondola cars by locking in the red color from the gondola's logo than from a passing cabin which was in the shade. There is also the color swape mode, which could allow me to make the colors look whatever color I wanted them to be. The SD850 IS also has a time lapse mode which is pretty cool. I used it today for the first time to make a video of Cabin 2 of the Jakcson Hole tramway coming off.
The camera is only $308 on Amazon.com now, and it's well worth the money. Just make sure you do a few test shots with it when you purchase it. The first one I got was actually defective and I had to return it. It also has a lot of cool shooting modes, one of them being in snow so the colors are more accurate and the lighthing. Of course I haven't tried that out yet, but the cloudy feature is awesome!

We've got a fault that reads "operator on the moon" if you do not let go of the start button (or if it sticks in)

I'm assuming the lift will go ahead and start up and run normally correct or not? As in Colorado You have to press in hold the start button for 2 secs until the lift turns.
Here in Greece You have to press and hold the start button for 7 secs before the lift begin to turn.

You have to hold this one for about 3 seconds, but it will stop the lift it sees the start signal maintained for more than about 15 seconds.
