Awesome, the holdup in making the website more comprehensive seems to be the limited amount of time that the few moderators can dedicate to it. If we could edit the statistics and add pictures it could grow faster and with less effort by the moderators.

There just needs to be some filter so that images are decent resolution and not copied without permission.

The new site will most likely only have the capability of allowing members to enter and edit lift data. The reason why members won't be able to upload pictures is because it's quite complex code to write.
As Bill mentioned, there is the possibility of inaccurate information being entered. This is why only certain members would have the ability to do this.

I think we're getting ahead of ourselves considering this website has not even been started yet!

Hi everyone,
Sorry for getting behind on this but I will try to pick up the pace hopefully over spring break. I've been quite busy with the new Willamette Pass Resort website and I'm trying to get it up before the season is over (ends this month).
I'm pleased that I have DSL, but Qwest seems to have put ftp uploads on low priority and it actually transfers at .16 kps to it takes like 10 minutes to upload a 110 K file. It pisses me off and I've never had this problem in the past. My guess is it's to prevent people from sharing on P2P networks and I hope I can have this issue resolved quickly.
