That could be it too, but I thought the tower heads were black.

The new lift at Catamount, NY is going up fast. These 2 photos are just 2 days apart.

The Snowbird lift is coming along well. It looks like it will be a UNI-GS with a very bright color scheme.

Tombstone is looking mighty sad sitting down there in the parking lot. It looks like they're having a journal of the Dreamcatcher construction. Here's one of the towers

Here is the Huckleberry chair at Castle Mountain. Does anyone know where this used lift came from? It looks like a Doppelmayr. It was listed as being an installation on Mad River Lifts, but has since been removed. Maybe Castle Mountain did not like the work that Mad River Lifts was doing as others have had problems with them.

It is old 11 from B.C. mad river did the removel and shipment. Last I heard Castle was mad about the condition of the restrant bars on the chairs, Mad River didn't remove them before shipping the chairs so most of the restraint bars got bent there may have been some other damaged or improperly packed componants too from what I had heard.

Big White has set up a webcam to document the construction of the new Snow Ghost Express. It is located at http://www.bigwhite....cle_ID_185.html.

Also, the Mt. Bachelor website has been down for the past week, so their webcam isn't viewable.

I will be glad to see pictures, as it looks like they did a really good job refurbishing it from Beaver Creek. I like the blue color a lot.

Theres a place for all of God's creatures, right next to the mashed potatoes.

"You could say that a mountain is alot like a woman, once you think you know every inch of her and you're about to dip your skis into some soft, deep powder...Bam, you've got two broken legs, cracked ribs and you pay your $20 just to let her punch your lift ticket all over again"

Stopped by Wolf Creek on sunday they have just started the install of a DoppelmayrCTEC Uni-gs they are doing the install in house. They have removed the top terminal and line of the old double ans started on foundations of the line and top terminal. They are lucky the lift is only 10 towers long and they have good access to a chopper.

Hiked up Snowmass on monday top terminal is well started (need the drive platform and roof) they are working on the underground cabin parking. The line concrete is done whith the exception of 3-4 towers near the turn station the concret in the backround of the mid terminal colums is the foundation of the new Assay lift
