On that day, I had some friends going to sacramento, it took them 6 hours to go to Truckee from Carson City on the 80.  It took them another 4 hours to reach Sacramento.

That makes no sense at all. Why would you go to carson city to go home to sacramento. Thats driving east to nevada, when you want to go west in california.

The traffic on 88 and 395 was fine when i came home the day after christmas. :P

I came up two days after Christmas. My friends were going to go down the 395, but it was closed (this was last Friday). They decided to go along the 267 instead, but when they saw how backed up it was, they turned around and tried the aforementioned route.

I just got driving directions from my house to Park City:

Total Est. Time: 38 hours, 15 minutes Total Est. Distance: 2480.83 miles

If you really want to see it:
MapQuest Driving Directions

I just did it from an intersection near my house because y'all dont need to know my address, but my house is over that bridge over the canal to the right on Lighthouse Drive in the first map

3 minutes to the nearest area (a little small, one gondi two double chairs and two t-bar's).
All the biggest austrian resorts between 1-3 hours.
And over here in germany there's no speed limit (you can go as fast as your car drives). In austria there's the limit to 130 kph but mostly you can go around 150 without having big problems.

From the air Silverstar looks close to kelowna but it's actually quite the drive. And it costs about $120 dollars to drive by cab from bigwhite to the kelowna airport.
