Thats cool, how was snow cover, was there rocks everywhere? Whistler had a fair amount of rocks. I think Westbowl T-bar only runs weekends, i just remember seeing that on the map a while back.

There really arn't too many rocks except for little tiny ones near the base. However, I did do some bad base damage today going over a log and that wasn't fun.

Well it's already spring but here in Edmonton we're still dealing with winter in a big way. It's really hard to paralyze this city but over the weekend 25 cenitmeters of snow fell in a relatively short amount of time. It's still hard to drive around on side streets without getting stuck, though luckily the sun is strong enough that once a street has been plowed the conditions are very good. After a season where most hills around here had entirely man made bases it's nice to see a bit of the white stuff.

We had spring in February, now it's back to winter. Three weeks ago it was the tail end of a warm spell that melted a third of the snowpack, but since then we've had off-and-on snowstorms and lots of light-and-dry. I'm about ready for warm weather again, though.
