The forecast over the next few days should provide us with ENOUGH SNOW TO OPEN NEXT WEEK! This could set an all time OPENING DAY RECORD, beating our previous earliest opening of Nov 11th in 1994!!!

Aside from a trace of snow in and around the region on Friday night, It's finally snowing!!! It's snowing in and around the Edmonton Region with what i suspect should amount to 2-5 centimeters by tommorrow morning! Winter's back, time to bundle up. Here's the view from the International Airport, about 20 km South of the City.

Was up at Crystal Mt. Friday and Sunday. Amazing snow conditions for first weekend of operations, all main chairs were running, no runs closed due to lack of snow. Here is a picture from yesterday on High Campbell:

You guys suck. Here in Lyndonville, VT, it's 50 degrees with a calm breeze. They are also calling for some more warm temps this week. :dots:

Most of what I shot ended up being pretty dull, was too excited to ski!! I've got a panorama shot that ended up with a hole in it, think it has shots of the top of REX and Green Valley in it, I'll check when I get home.

What image size do you guys prefer? Noticed last one got resized.

Doesn't appear to be a flake of snow out in Utah. The weather map today put some snow over Utah today, anything out there Erik?

We got a bit last week and hopefully a little more this week. Today our paper said to prepare for the first winter storm of the season with rain and wind but we only got a few sprinkles so far. The northwest stole the jetstream. You guys should share it a little so we can all get rolling then I suppose we can alternate every two weeks or so. Sound like a good deal?

There is another storm moving in too this week to here in the Pacific Northwest. I have a feeling that Mt. Bachelor might open before Thanksgiving.

Our ops manager said today if we get enough snow, and we have the lifts ready - we may open this weekend or next.
