Yes for the most part, there are some however that are still standing that don't have lights on them. The lights were always located on the towers when the chairs were in operation, so I guess they just figured instead of building new light stands, it would be easier just to keep the towers

From where the picture was taken, the ski area is more than a mile away, there is hardly ever snow where the picture was taken.
