Sorry, the only pictures I have are with the haul rope still on the lifts.

An interesting fact, Habegger also uses a clip grip like riblet does.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't the Peak chair used to have a Doppelmayr plaque in the bottom terminal? I seem to remember one.

No it didn't, it had a plaque (which is still there) with the date it opened (no mention of any lift manufacturer)...you're probably thinking of the old cut double, which was a Doppelmayr.

There you go. I knew I had seen one. I didn't know Habegger used an insert clip. The last time I rode the Peak I was too busy fending off killer mosquitoes

Here's a random picture of the Leitner "Lara's Gondola" at Big White.

Here is a photo of the skyline gondola in Queenstown NZ. It's a doppelmayr built in 1967 but recently updated. It feaures a 450m vertical climb with an impressive 37 degree incline. (some how i think it is much steeper)

do u have anymore pics of that gondola?????

If that's what i think it is we see yet another use for a Meuller portal tower. I have no clue where it would be from if that's indeed what it is.

Just for your knowlegde John the bottom of Wildcat has since been painted green.

Is that so it would match Collins, you suppose?

Yeah I'd guess as all they're lifts with the exception of Cecret and Rustler now have green paint.

Here is the only photo that i'm aware of of one of silver star's YAN HSQ terminals. As you can see, behind the woman, it's a Yancake design.

And here's a pic of the former Yellow chair @ Silver Star, now located somewhere in Russia. The Meuller towers in this pic, and others, seem to be wider.

Wow the freight on something like that would make it seem almost not worth moving it.
