I Can't complain too much as it's been mild and usually reaching above freezing daily. Though i'm starting to wonder where the snow is???

it has been dropping into the 30s at night here, low 50s during the day with winds and a chill that probably had the temps around 40-45

It's been pretty warm in CT but last night it droped in the low 20's so I fired up the snowgun. Here are some of the results. :)

The Temperatures have plumeted over 25 degrees in the last 36 hrs (11C>>-17C) and the windchill has made it feel like it's -27 C outside. Though finally winter has arrived as about 5-10 cm of snow have fallen with a heavy snowfall warning predicting another 10-15 tommorrow. Before today there was NO snow. Edmonton Ski club was running one run parralell to the t-bar and had so little snow that the magic carpet was a useless 2 feet higher than the snow.

I'm not sure of the temperature during the day, but when I get up to drive to school, the temperature has been roughly 33-35 degrees, and there has been frost on the ground. My friend says it was 29 where he lives.

Right now it's -10 Fahrenheit, and tonight it's expected to get even colder. By Thursday night/Friday morning the Central Rockies could see -20 F without wind chill.

It was pretty cold today up at mammoth (by california standards) with the high being around 28 at the bottom and 10-15 at the top with 60+mph winds. Talk about wind chill.

It's mid january and time to freeze again. It's supposed to head down to -36 C tonight (for the metrically challenged -40C = -40 F) and the wind will make it feel closer to -45.
