Snow has closed the Coquihalla, Trans-Canada and Crowsnest highways east of Hope. As well, Cypress Mountain is now open.

Funny thing... that storm that covered almost all of southern BC with snow.... covered us with rain - not so happy about that! But we didn't lose very much snow, so that's OK.

  Here in the east, we had a week of crap weather. Rain

You guys are so lucky. I guess I'll go probably in Alberta or B.C. if the weather doesn't change :---:

I can't wait to go skiing in deep powder :D

Snow is good. Currently in Leadville- -19 C (-1 F) and a light snow after a day of heavy snow. I don't know how much we got, though, because the wind blew much of it away. :help: This latest storm should allow us to open I-lift and Storm King at least...

We have excellent coverage at DV on runs without manmade snow! On monday last week there was about 2 feet of fresh pow and it made for some really fun snowmobiling!

Alright, I went up to Mt. Seymour today, and it was snowing like crazy :D (which means no pictures :( ). Their website says they have 40cm already, and it's coming fast. I expect an opening in the next few weeks. There were kids on the tobbagan run, and a bunch of people snowboarding (albeit, walking up the hill from the bottom).

It's ok, I guess were off to a good start compared to last year. I was at Bachelor yesterday and the powder was really weird. It was wind blown so it had ice on top. Some people said that on Sunday the snow was assome. Waste deep powder and very dry, just really foggy so you couldn't see anything.

Pretty good. We've got about 100-150 inches at the resorts so far, so anywhere from 30-50 inch bases. I just want some more snow, especially when im at mammoth. 6 days so far

so much for snowing on Saturday the sky unleashed a rain storm which left everything covered in 3-5mm layer of ice. likily though the snow beneth was genrally untouched and grommer have little more to do than crush the ice to get the ski trails back in shape
