I will be away for a good chunk of May - since we're not working at the hill, I'll be in Kelowna working. I'll bring my laptop, but it's a Pentium 166 and I hate it :) So I probably won't use it much!

Alright Allan, have fun at your new part job, unless it's working for Big White Resorts like I think you did last year around this time.

It wasn't working for Big White - I just had a service call up there for the company I worked for (Okanagan Telephone www.oktelephone.com)

Yeah I guess 60mhz would be worse :)

My laptop is a 57 MHz so don't cry for your 166. My mother's laptop, which I use more frequently, is a 120, and it works very smoothly with win98.

OK maybe it's not the P166 that I hate, so much as the dial-up internet :) After using DSL for so long... it's painful.

I would really like to see the pics you took @ breck. As you can see from my avatar Breck is my favorite mountain. :)

On June 1, I'm off to BC with my wife as she attends a conference. Best thing is: it's at Panorama, so I'll have a chance to take pictures and hopefully walk some liftlines in my free time. Then the following week I'm attending another conference - this time in Calgary - so I'll probably be gone for almost two weeks.

Sorry about that, Jeff. Did you at least get to ski at Vail for the day instead?
