What lift and where?

The only lift I can think of off the top of my head with a tire is Pioneer at PCMR but that isn't it.

I don't recall the name but is it the Yan at Eagle Point, UT?

First hint, it is in California.

Pali at A-Basin has a similar set up.

I think Christie III has a rubber tire sheave assembly on it somewhere.

Christie III does have a tire assembly like this one.

Sierra at Tahoe? Rock Garden?

Sierra at Tahoe, correct. Not Rock Garden lift.
