Yeah, if I didn't know better I'd assume that CTEC built the lift in the early 2000s. Much like I wrongly assumed that Doppelmayr had made modifications to the Keystone double chairlifts last year because the tower heads looked a lot like the Doppelmayr design used on the quads and Ranger triple. I don't know who really did that modification.
But I wonder how they'll put chairs on the cable on the higher parts of the mountain.

I like the skirting on the drive terminal will be nice having the bullwheel covered

It is quite a bit shorter than the old Chair 4. I think this lift will continue to be underutilized since it still starts in the middle of nowhere rather than down in the base area.
I don't understand the alignment of this lift. The old one made more sense, although it would have been nice if it had started in front of the lodge originally (even further downhill than before they shortened it). Before chair 8 was built we rode rope tows to get there, or walked because it was faster. Not sure why they brought the top downhill either. Strange.

The Ski Hill Grill webcam shows that most, if not all of the Colorado SuperChair's 132 chairs are on. However, it looks like there might be one more carrier to put on based on the latest cam photos.

It was running on Saturday (the 18th) when we drove by so I'd guess they were already all on.

Donald... what is your point? There's a GMC Pick up in the second photo?
Dino?

It was the chair in the lower right corner. And the fact that from what is visible, the lift is virtually completed so the only thing I think they have left is weight testing and attaching trail maps to the bar on each chair.
I suppose the Centennial Chondola is progressing a bit more slowly since it's not scheduled to open for almost a month.

Believe I've mentioned this before, but the maps aren't a checklist item. If they don't have time this season they won't go on.

I seen SkyTrac going up with the chairs in pieces on Wednesday with Load test scheduled this coming week. Our chairs will be on soon but heard they're waiting for grips to arrive. We'll see what happens they have a November 1st deadline to complete lift and Load Test. Gonna have a busy week sounds like

Finally, Breckenridge Ski Resort has behind the scenes footage of the Colorado SuperChair, showing off the carpet. As the video shows, the top terminal is built on top of what used to be the quad's vault motor room, but the drive is in the terminal housing. Call me skeptical, but I think the chairs on the Colorado SuperChair are much closer than the ones on the Kensho SuperChair.

The chairs are closer together on Colorado, Kensho has a lower design capacity whereas Colorado is maxing out the capacity capabilities of a sixpack.

Well, given the Kensho SuperChair is 22 towers and 103 chairs, and the Colorado SuperChair has 20 towers and 132 chairs (from a source somewhere), and they cover about the same distance, so yeah, it's reasonable to assume that the Colorado SuperChair's chairs are closer spaced. I think the only other six pack on the mountain with maximum capacity design is Quicksilver Super6 (I think the Independence SuperChair is more like 3,000 pph based on its chair spacing).

Are they planning on putting cushions on those chairs? Those are some weird looking chairs for sure.

There will be bars mounted before the season not footrest. There will be seat pads but not back pads is a short ride 79 chairs 500 fpm 2100 slope length and 1100 vertical. There will be wind hitting this lift so back pads will have to be two pieces if considered later maybe.

The top ramp will be fully decked and synthetic snow. Will probably be wind scoured at the most part so that's the plan.
