Very tight timeline, but given that they're not replacing the towers or terminal legs, that will save quite a bit of time.

I dunno about many other places outta New England, but...
Mount Sunapee,NH is taking out their Sun Bowl lift (A Poma fixed-grip quad) with the Northstar Express from Okemo,VT.
According to the article I got this from, the Sun Bowl Quad's towers are being reused while everything else may/may not be used to rennovate the North Peak Triple.

Ragged Mountain, NH is taking out their Spear Mountain triple (A Hall/Von Roll) and putting in a Doppelmayr high speed quad. I think it's actually a brand new one from the construction i've seen.
Waterville Valley, NH is going to cut a bunch of trails out west of Quadzilla and put in a 3rd high speed quad there, I don't even know if it's going to be this year though.

Over the summer in the past 2 years there are also another couple lifts I would take note of... but this is for 2014,

What is happening to Northstar's towers? From the construction photos I have seen, they are not being reused at Okemo.

I'n guessing those will be the tower tubes that are used next summer at Sunapee for the new North Peak quad (relocated Sun Bowl.)

Definitely not this year. No trail clearing has taken place either.

Had to remove it due to debt, or something of the like. It stopped running in 2009 and was taken out circa 2011.

28 Copper Mountain Colorado Used Poma from Storm King Platter Woodward

The official name will be the AirDale lift after Dale Scott, the lift's first (and probably longest-serving) mechanic.

Wildwood Express was reposessed by Bank of America after Tamarack stopped making payments. The lift shacks and footings remain and the new owners hope to buy a new lift for that area...it's a third of Tamarack's terrain.

They told us we could name it since we built it. There wasn't much discussion after that :)

Since T bars and Platters seem to be slipped in here, I am tacking on a new carpet type lift installed for this season at the Alpine Ski Club in Collingwood Ontario. The old one had to removed because of preparation for replacement base lodge to be built starting next summer (spring 2015) . The old carpet went bye bye. Sorry no pic available yet. Don't know the brand either.

The lift didn't get trashed actually - Laurentian Ski Hill in North Bay, Ontario replaced an old Skyway J-Bar on their beginner hill with it. Laurentain also installed a handle tow, replacing an old Hall T-Bar in their park this year. Pictures of the carpet before removal at Alpine and during installation at Laurentian are on their Facebook Page:

Last year, Keystone removed 17 chairs from the Montezuma Express and 7 chairs from the Peru Express. The Montezuma Express went from having 168 chairs to 151 chairs, and the Peru Express went from having 142 chairs to 135 chairs. That's 24 chairs that were missing.

Today I learned just where those missing 24 chairs ended up: they were moved and added to the Outback Express lift. As built, the lift had 19 towers and 100 chairs, just like the Ruby Express and Santiago Express lifts. Now the lift has 124 chairs. I think Keystone completed one part of their master plan: increase the Outback Express lift's uphill capacity.

Got SAM's lift survey for 2014 which saw the fewest new lifts ever at 17. Also the first time the users of this forum identified all of them in advance. Good work all and lets hope for many more new lifts in 2015.

This topic is now unpinned, the 2015 thread can be found here: http://www.skilifts....?showtopic=9884
