Can you imagine a company literally acting like it already won a lawsuit to take over your entire resort? I feel his pain, regardless of the ruling.

Well this is quite a pickle now. But nobody needs to park or sleep or load lifts at PCMR's base if they can't get to the top of the mountain. Vail has the upper hand and it's time to give up for Powdr.
