How do those riding the summer park lift access the lift during the summer?

I don't know. Definitely not via American Flyer. The roads down from the top of Union Creek lift might be a potential route. But it might be best to wait for Copper to make further announcements.

Same way they always have-- the bus. We've run these camps for years, it's just that they've always used vans to shuttle the campers from the bottom back up. They take a bus fro the base area to the park itself then ride in the vans. The lift is to eliminate the multiple shuttles.

I was in Breckenridge last week and they have the haul rope spooled up and the pilot rope being retrieved.
Next step will be to pull test the tower foundations and prep the cross arms to be flown out. Some will have the sheave assemblies removed as they are too heavy for the KMax that will be coming.

No word on if they will also test the tower tubes to make sure they could carry the weight of high speed six pack crossarms and chairs?

Tower tube widths are somewhat standard. I doubt there will be any testing, just an engineer running the numbers, and signing off on it.

Removal of the Adirondack Express high speed triple at Gore Mountain has begun to make way for the new high speed quad. The chairs are off. The jagged cut up pieces of metal here prove that the lift is being scrapped, not relocated.

Damn. They just cut the carriers up? Very surprised they didn't sell them, I imagine there are quite a few people in that area who would have wanted one.

From a closer look at it. It looks like these are just the hanger arms. They said on Facebook that you should stay tuned for information about the chairs.
