Thanks for the updates all, here is an updated list.

L-P is also doing a 6-pack at Gore Mtn.

Where did you hear about the 6-pack that Gore Mountain is getting? I sure hope it happens.

Crystal Mountain's website says Quicksilver will probably be replaced this summer in addition to High Campbell. The master plan has the new Quicksilver as a detachable quad.

I found out the new Quicksilver quad at Crystal is Deer Valley's old Deer Crest quad.

Chair 4's going away? Crystal's last original lift? Kind of a shame, but it's probably about time. Many memories on that one.

Here's another one...Las Vegas Ski & Snowboard Resort is replacing the Chair 2 double with a Dopelmayr quad.

.

No question a ton of money has been spent modernizing Crystal, it's strange to think of it with no center pole lift and no Riblets. Apparently they have 2 bids to replace Chair 6, Doppelmayr and one other.

Any word on if they will remove any chairs to hold capacity neutral?

While not putting in a quad as previously thought, Sunday River is upgrading the Spruce Peak Triple (Lift 8) with a new Skytrac drive terminal with carpet-assist loading. Chairs/grips, line equipment, and return terminal will be retained.

Detroit Mountain in Detroit Lakes Minnesota is reopening next season.

This little excerpt was from their website (http://http://detroitmountain.com/):

As shown in the picture below, our ski lifts are ordered and being manufactured in New Hampshire to be delivered this spring! The mountain will offer two “triple” overhead lifts, 2 magic carpets for new skiers, and two tow ropes.

Anyone know who is building these lifts?

If they are being built in New Hampshire, they are probably used lifts being remanufactured by SkyTrans. Not to be confused with SkyTrac.

Hi everyone, got a few questions.

Any news on the Bonaventure 6 at Jay Peak?

Any rumours about new lifts in Quebec?

Thanks

They already have a lift line for Bullion Basin, probably from whatever lift was removed 30 years ago when that section closed. I think the runs will definitely need to have some tree clearing done to be accessible. Any word on if the proposal is for that area to be serviced by a high speed quad?

Somewhere in this thread Peter mentioned it was the old Deer Crest chair from Deer Valley.

Leitner Poma is doing a high speed quad at Gore Mountain, NY. It will replace the Von Roll high speed triple.

Is it a quad or six pack? A post sometime ago suggested a six pack.
