wanted bullwheel liner for a stadeli rope tow

Wampafodder's Photo Wampafodder 15 Aug 2012

Hey yall,

The bull wheel liners on our stadeli rope tow for our tube hill are dried out and cracking. Does anyone know where I could find replacement liners?

Thanks,
Bogus Basin Lift maintenance

hey, I know he retired but I think he still dapples in parts, but when I needed liners for a Stadeli tow I got them from Fritz Smutz, he delt with parts for Stadeli's for years. Other than that im sure Doppelmayr could help, not sure that helps alot but just my tid bit of info...lol

We found one from Oconner but the we had a hard time keeping the cable running in the center of the bullwheels. We ended up having to increase the depth of the groove in the liners.

Having the same problem with a liner from Oconner. How did you increase the depth? Oconner's suggestion of using a rat tail file while the lift was running seems a bit dangerous.

Wendi at Doppelmayr Parts Sales found a part number for the correct liner for us. P/N 23000026 through Garaventa, it has the correct profile, a deep V-groove.
