I don't think so. It was built by an American company that formerly operated in Europe its first 5-10 years or so...
And this lift is in Maine. That should narrow down the list of potential ski areas.

Yes!
Now some hints about the manufacturer.
Hint #1: It was built by an American company that formerly operated in Europe its first 5-10 years or so (as stated before).
Hint #2: This lift was originally built in 1953 at a New Hampshire ski area. It wasn't until 1973 that it was installed at Titcomb.
Hint #3: The manufacturer starts with the letter 'c.'

OK, you missed the "Philippines" joke.
So "Constam" for the Manufacturer and being a Western Guy, "titcomb' means nothing to me.

Yes you got it! Constam. But fill me in on what the Philippines joke is (although I suspect it has to do with part of the ski area name). I can be a bit naive.
Also, the lift was originally installed at Cannon Mountain for its first 20 years.

That would have been the old 'Banshee' lift, then. It has 'Hall' towing units, like the other Constam that still operates in New Hampshire.

Dino was pointing out the third world wiring job on that lift looking more appropriate for a shack in Filipino slum than on a ski hill.

As far as I know it is actually the former "Lower t-bar" at Cannon, not Banshee. That is according to New England Ski History.
At first, I discovered that the lift was built by Constam from the State of Maine's Board of Elevator and Tramway Safety's website. Then I discovered through my former college adviser (who is on the Titcomb board of trustees) who got the information from other people, that the lift was installed in 1973 and came from Cannon. I then used the website New England Ski History to fill in the remaining blanks that it was originally the lower t-bar installed in 1953.
