Lost Ski Area -Anaconda, Montana

SkiBachelor's Photo SkiBachelor 21 Jun 2009

Tonight, I found a lost ski area only a few miles from Anaconda, Montana and I can't seem to locate any information about it.

If anyone knows the name and history, that would be great since I'm quite curious about it.

I would guess it's Wraith Hill which had a Doppelmayr T-Bar installed in 1976. It closed in 1983 but the T-Bar still stands. This is all in the Downhill in Montana Book.

No, Discovery is much larger and can be seen only a few miles west of this ski area on Google Maps.
