Well the season here is open. On Thursday Nakiska announced they would be the first in Canada to open for a preview weekend this Saturday and Sunday. Banff Norquay kind of stuck their tongue out at them and opened Friday instead just ahead of them. It has been a strange fall here. Normally Louise and Sunshine get more snow than Nakiska or Norquay, but not this year but the eastern slopes have gotten more than the usual early season snow. Still, both the others should open on the 10th.
